Collagen provides the essential support network we need for our skin. As we age, collagen breaks down and causes lines and wrinkles. Constant sun exposure and other environmental hazards such as smoking further damage collagen and causes pigment problems (dark spots), uneven skin tone and turns the skin texture rough and leathery.
My Bliss Clinic’s TwinLight Rejuvenation Laser treatment uses a precise wavelength of light energy to target the collagen underneath the skin, deeper than any lotions can reach, stimulating collagen production at the source.
TwinLight Rejuvenation Laser is My Bliss Clinic’s ultimate skin rejuvenation laser therapy combines 2 complementary lasers: Nd:YAG and Er:YAG, in a single, synergistic treatment. This intelligent novel approach is able to stimulate the formation of new collagen and at the same time, smoothen the lines, wrinkles, and lighten blemishes that have marred you for years.

What is TwinLight Rejuvenation?
Our TwinLight Rejuvenation Laser treatment is a 2-step procedure that’s optimised to improve your skin’s smoothness significantly and give it a fresher, healthier look with Fotona SP Dynamis, a US FDA-approved laser machine.
Treatments can be extended from light touch-ups to deep collagen remodelling that’s ideal for those who want drastic rejuvenation effects but are not inclined towards the more aggressive surgical and chemical alternatives.
The first step of the TwinLight Rejuvenation Laser treatment involves Nd:YAG laser which is able to stimulate the collagen regeneration and conditions the skin for the next step of effective fractional Er:YAG laser treatment.
During the TwinLight Rejuvenation Laser treatment, old and worn-out skin is ablated away by fractional Er:YAG laser. The precise micro-ablated channels will be replaced with new, tighter, and healthier tissues as the new skin forms.
Both Nd:YAG and Er:YAG wavelengths have complementary effects on the skin as the TwinLight Rejuvenation Laser treatment is a minimally invasive treatment and is suitable for most skin types and tones.

Who should go for the TwinLight Rejuvenation Laser treatment?
TwinLight Rejuvenation Laser treatment is recommended for those with:
- Lines & Wrinkles
- Loose & Sagging Skin
- Acne / Chickenpox scars
- Photo-damaged skin
- Pigmentation
- Large pores
How many sessions are needed? How often?
The TwinLight Rejuvenation Laser treatment will need an average of 4 to 6 sessions, once every 3 to 5 weeks. These sessions are required for a satisfying result.
Is the treatment painful? Is it safe?
The TwinLight Rejuvenation Laser treatment is a very comfortable treatment. We provide some numbing cream prior to the procedure and the usage of cryogen will be used to cool the skin during the treatment. It is safe for most skin types except very dark skin type.
Is there any downtime after the treatment?
There will be redness for 2 days after the TwinLight Rejuvenation Laser treatment, followed by flaky and mild peeling of the skin for the next 3 to 5 days. Downtime can be shortened by using a gentle cleanser, a generous amount of moisturiser, and applying sunblock with SPF 50 or above during the daytime.
How soon can I see some result?
You will be able to see the result even after a single treatment. This will usually take around 2 to 3 weeks after the TwinLight Rejuvenation Laser treatment as your own collagen will start to regenerate.
What do I need to avoid before and after the TwinLight Rejuvenation Laser treatment?
You should stop taking oral isotretinoin (e.g. Roaccutane) for 6 months and Vitamin A creams for a month before the treatment. It is very important to avoid the sun 2 weeks before and after the treatment. You should also follow the post-treatment protocol carefully – this will be provided after the TwinLight Rejuvenation Laser treatment.

Our TwinLight Rejuvenation Laser treatment can be combined with Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) for their synergistic effects. Our Smooth & Radiant Plus Program consist of these two treatments, with our Bliss Signature Facial, for a healthy and glowing complexion.
