Appointment Booking Policy
Appointment booking prior to your visit to our clinic is advisable to avoid delays and disappointment.
At My Bliss Clinic we understand sudden, unforeseen events can arise in everyone’s lives. However, out of respect for our doctors, staffs and other patients, we ask that patients try their best not to abandon, cancel or rearrange their appointments last minute. The purpose of booking an appointment is to ensure that our doctor can dedicate his undivided attention to your needs.
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend or need to reschedule your appointment. A reminder call/ sms/ email will be sent a day prior to your appointment. If we do not receive the confirmation of your attendance 12 hours before your appointment, the slot will be released to other patients.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time on your first visit to the clinic so that you may have time to complete the registration and prepare for the doctor’s consultation and treatment. Please arrive on time for your subsequent visits. We appreciate a courtesy phone call if you are delayed. If you are late for your appointment, our staff will try their best to fit you in. Any delays that are more than 15 minutes, you will be considered as a walk-in patient. There could be some waiting if the doctor or your therapist is attending to other patients. We seek your understanding that in certain cases, we may have to reschedule your appointment.
